Flavio Quaranta, Managing Partner

Co-founder of IC-Agency and also responsible for the Canadian office, Flavio advises IC-Agency’s customers to help define and launch their Internet strategy, mainly for the North American and Asian markets.

Flavio has more than 10 years of experience in the Internet field at the highest level, including a Masters in Internet Marketing, allowing him to offer IC-Agency’s customers, whether its B2B or B2C, the fastest way to obtain a ROI.

Animated by passion and innovation, he supervises IC-Agency’s R&D department that develops solutions today that will allow our clients to be a step ahead of their competition tomorrow.

Five years after its creation, IC-Agency crosses the Atlantic. Flavio opened the first North American office in 2005. IC-Agency rapidly became the online Marketing Agency with the strongest growth in the Country.

David Sadigh, Managing Partner

Co-founder of IC-Agency and responsible for the Geneva office, adopting the « out-of-the box thinking », David advises IC-Agency’s customers to help define and launch their Internet strategy.

David brings solid marketing and e-marketing knowledge acquired throughout the numerous international projects in diverse fields such as finance, e-commerce, luxury and FMCG.

An avid writer for the economic press, David regularly intervenes in many university courses (University of Geneva, the Master of Competitive Intelligence program at HES/Geneva, SAWI) or even as a lecturer (INSEAD Alumni, First Tuesday, ...).

Before creating IC-Agency, and while studying in Management of Information Technologies, David had already created his first company to help businesses face their online communications challenges.

Jacques Guitard, Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Jacques is responsible for IC-Agency’s operation efficiency. He delivers to all collaborators a work structure allowing them to fully concentrate on their career: creating value-added e-marketing

In this function, he supervises the planning and the follow up on R&D, IT, Finance & Administration duties on a transatlantic level leveraging his professional experience acquired from IBM, AT&T and General Motors.

Jacques is also PMP (Project Manager Professional) certified; an international accreditation for the professional project leaders.

Marc-Olivier Peyer, Head of Innovation Department

Head of Innovation department, Marc-Olivier helps IC-Agency’s clients obtain a head start while helping them effectively anticipate risk and intelligently seize the opportunities presented by the Internet.

He also defines the development axes for IC-Agency’s new products, in fields ranging from E-marketing to e-research.

Lawyer by trade, recipient of a DEA in data protection on the Internet, and Web tested developer; Marc-Olivier is also an expert of Internet markets and Web 2.0.

René Glaus, Head of Client Services

Head of Client Services, René puts all his energy and managing qualities to our client’s service in order to continuously guarantee, with the growth of the business, the level of quality that has made IC-Agency’s reputation.

He is responsible for all of our production operations: quality of deliverables, planning management, respect of the budgets and methodology updates for IC-Agency.

Quadrilingual, a double license in Psychology and Company Management (HEC) supplemented by a postgraduate degree in Training and Learning Technologies (TECFA) of the University of Geneva - it is with a solid background that René Glaus joined IC’s team since it’s beginnings.

Yves-Alain Schwaar, Director Consulting

As Director Consulting at our Geneva office, Yves-Alain is accompanying our customers in their strategic decisions linked to their presence on the Internet. His 15 years of management experience is backing him when managing the operations at the Geneva office.

An educated Marketer, Yves-Alain has a post grade in Information Management. His experiences are based on various positions in companies such as Swissair and Migros, as well as being responsible for Marketing Communication Switzerland for Swiss International Airlines.

In his previous position, he was responsible for Information & Web Services at the Touring Club Suisse Headquarters in Geneva. His broad variety of experience allows Yves-Alain to assist IC-Agency’s customers in understanding their difficulties and challenges of interactive communication.

Among Yves-Alain’s realized projects, we mention global management of big sponsoring projects at Swissair, global responsibility for Web and e-Commerce platforms at Touring Club Suisse and set-up and running of all communication activities for SWISS home market.
